Students 12+ must be fully vaccinated by first class meeting; Students 5-11 must have received at least one shot by the first class meeting. No refunds will be given to students unable to show full vaccination status.

Musical Theatre Dance (Ages 8-18)

In this 10-session beginner to intermediate dance class, students work on musical theatre jazz technique and combinations while gaining strength, flexibility, and endurance. Whether your student has taken just one theatre class or has been enrolled at StarStruck for years, ALL StarStruck students are highly encouraged to enroll in this class!

Putting on a Play (Ages 10-16)

Explore the fundamentals of putting on a play from auditioning to the big final performance! In this intermediate theatre class, students will focus on acting by exploring improv, drama, and comedy while rehearsing a 45 minute play. Students are expected to attend every class and memorize lines and blocking. This semester, the Putting on a Play class will be performing The Perfect Ending. (Read the play description HERE

NEW: Pop & Hop (Ages 10-18)

Love posting covers of your favorite songs? Obsessed with learning Tik Tok dances? Join singer/songwriter Natalie Hawkins and hip-hop dance enthusiast Amanda Nguyen as we sing pop songs and learn hip-hop dances to some of the most iconic radio hits of all time. Each class, students will spend part of time working on solo and group songs with Natalie, and part of the time dancing with Amanda.

Mini Musical is the perfect place for budding performers that love singing, dancing, and acting. In this class, students will put together a 45 minute musical that will conclude with a performance at the StarStruck Studio for friends and family. Improv is an art. It is an approach to creating theatre without a script and being in the moment. Students will learn the art of “acting quickly” while focusing on the fundamentals of improv. Students will focus on theatre games and improvised scenes, while building active listening skills, communication with scene partners, and letting loose on stage. Join us in saying “YES” to improv!

Kids on Broadway (Ages 7-9) 

In this introduction to musical theatre, students will explore the basics of singing, dancing, and acting. We will have fun creating our own “mini musical” with 3 to 4 musical theatre songs and perform for friends and family at our final class meeting. This is the perfect class for students who are interested in musical theatre but are not quite ready for the intensity of the Mini Musical Class.
