Announcing the cast of StarStruck Theatre’s Winter '24 MainStage: Disney's The Little Mermaid (Ages 10-20)

In addition to our classes, StarStruck Theatre produces two MainStage musicals each year which hold performances at The Smith Center, Ohlone College in Fremont, California. MainStage productions are by audition-only. If your child has had experience in theatre and is ready to get on the big stage, we encourage you to audition. Being part of our MainStage productions is a big yet rewarding commitment for the whole family. Please read below for more info.

In a magical kingdom beneath the sea, the beautiful young mermaid, Ariel, longs to leave her ocean home to live in the world above.

With music by eight-time Academy Award winner, Alan Menken, lyrics by Howard Ashman and Glenn Slater and a compelling book by Doug Wright, this fishy fable will capture your heart with its irresistible songs, including "Under the Sea," "Kiss the Girl" and "Part of Your World."

Disney's The Little Mermaid offers a fantastic creative opportunity for rich costumes and sets, as well as the chance to perform some of the best-known songs from the past 30 years.

Directed by Courtney Stokes
Music Direction by Nancy Godfrey
Choreography by Francesca Cipponeri
Produced by Lori Stokes
