Summer 2022 Guidelines were as follows. Please check back closer to the perfomance date for updated guidelines.
- Ohlone College's COVID-19 SAFETY RULES: Masks are required INSIDE all Ohlone College Facilities, and will be strongly recommend in the Amphitheatre. Masks must be worn upon entering the building or restrooms. Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination is required for 16-year olds and up. A negative PCR test from a lab that can provide proof within 48 hours will be accepted in lieu of vaccination.
- Proof of vaccination: present your original vaccination card, a photo or copy of the card, or the California Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record along with a photo ID. You are considered fully vaccinated if it's been at least 14 days since your final vaccine dose.
- Please note that all cast members are fully vaccinated. We anticipate that actors will be performing without masks.

At this time, we do not have seating restrictions in place for Matilda the Musical.
Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate requests for refunds or exchanges.
Yes, each person entering the building must have their own ticket and assigned seat. We suggest age 8+, but younger guests are welcome. Please note this musical contains mature themes and some parts may be scary to younger audience members. Children need to occupy their own seats at all times throughout the performance. Children under 4 years of age (including babes in arms) will not be admitted in to the theatre.
Matilda the Musical is approximately 2.5 hours including intermission.
Matilda performances will be held at the Smith Center at Ohlone College (43600 Mission Blvd, Fremont, CA 94539)
