Payment & Refund Policy

As of Spring 2026, StarStruck is using JackRabbit for class, camp, and MainStage tuition payments.

Payments

All registrations must be accompanied by full payment or an approved payment plan at the time of enrollment. By enrolling in classes or camps through JackRabbit, families agree to the payment terms outlined below.

By providing a credit card or bank account, the cardholder authorizes StarStruck Theatre to charge the account on file for tuition, fees, and any applicable charges according to the selected payment schedule. This authorization remains in effect unless canceled in writing.

Refund Policy – Classes

Refund requests for classes must be submitted in writing to education.starstruck@gmail.com more than two (2) weeks prior to the first scheduled class meeting.

  • Approved refunds will be issued less a 3% service/processing fee.

  • Refund requests received after this deadline will not be granted.

  • Credits for future classes or camps are not available in place of refunds.

  • When possible, StarStruck Theatre will do its best to place your child in another class during the same semester, provided space is available.

Refund Policy – Summer Camps

Refund requests for summer camps must be submitted in writing to education.starstruck@gmail.com no later than May 15.

  • Approved refunds will be issued less a 3% service/processing fee.

  • No refunds or future credits will be issued after May 15, for any reason.

  • When possible, StarStruck Theatre will do its best to place your child in another camp during the same semester, provided space is available.

MainStage Tuition Policy

Tuition for MainStage productions is not due until cast lists are announced and your child has officially been cast in the production.

If a student withdraws from a MainStage production after StarStruck Theatre has received the first tuition payment, a 3% processing fee plus a $100 withdrawal fee will be withheld from any refunded amount.

Additional Notes

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

  • Missed classes, rehearsals, or camp days are non-refundable.

  • StarStruck Theatre reserves the right to update this policy at any time; updates will be posted in JackRabbit and/or on our website.
